Tue 16th March

EARLY TRANSFERS (Tuesday)

1000 – Camp 1 open for early arrivals (e.g. those wanting a day to warm up on the Derby trails before the race)
1800 – 2130 – Early registration open at Camp 1
1815 – Transfer A – Launceston Airport to Camp 1, Branxholm (ETA 1945)
2035 – Transfer B – Launceston Airport to Camp 1, Branxholm (ETA 2200)

Wed 17th March

TRANSFERS & REGISTRATION (Wednesday)

1200 – Transfer C – Launceston Airport to Branxholm (Camp 1) ETA 1330
1100 – Food trucks / bike mechanic open Camp 1
1810 – Transfer D – Launceston Airport to Branxholm (Camp 1) ETA 1940
1600 – 2130 – Registration open at Camp 1
2000 – Welcome to Country and race briefing at Camp 1

RACE DAY 1 (Thursday)

Prior 0900 – Preparations, pack up Camp 1
0900 – 1030 – Stage One wave start times as per registration
1130 – 1700 – Finish Camp 2 – Weldborough
1700 – Food trucks / bike mechanic open Camp 2
1900 – Campfire recap and daily awards at Camp 2

RACE DAY 2 (Friday)

Prior 0900 – Preparations, pack up Camp 2
0900 – 1030 – Stage Two wave start times based on Stage One times
1130 – 1700 – Finish Bay of Fires, transfer to Camp 3 – St Helens
1800 – Optional dash for cash…. velodrome criterium race, details to be released
1900 – Campfire recap and daily awards Camp 2

Sat 20th March

RACE DAY 3 (Saturday)

0900 – 1030 – Stage Three wave start times based on Stage Two times
1100 – 1600 – Finish St Helens area
1500 – Presentation for Elite Categories
1630 – 1930 – Presentation and After Party for All Riders / Categories
1730 – Transfer E – St Helens to Branxholm for riders who left their cars at Branxholm ETA 1900

Sun 21st March

TRANSFERS (Sunday)

0800 – Transfer H – St Helens (Camp 3) to Launceston Airport ETA 1015
0830 – Transfer G – St Helens (Camp 3) to Branxholm for riders who left their cars at Branxholm ETA 0950
