OVERALL – The overall male and female winners go down in history with their names engraved on the iconic Dragon Trail trophy.  This trophy was sculpted by Tasmania artist Ruth Lindsell from a unique piece of driftwood washed up at a local beach.  Ruth transformed this weathered timber into a stunning representation of the Dragon Trail event.  The trophy is on display year-round at the St Helens Tourist Information Centre.

AGE GROUPS – The overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Male and Female riders in each age group will receive a prize at the final presentations.  Age categories are Under 18, Under 23, 23-29 years, 30-39 years, 40-49 years, 50-59 years, 60-69, 70+ years

DAILY PRIZES – Each day there are many prizes awarded including the most “Average” rider of the day, the daily Epic Award, the Kudos Award, and other random prizes.  For the elite riders, there is a daily stage award for the podium places for Male and Female.

OLDIES & OFFSPRING – This category has been added to celebrate the multi-generational entries that we have. Individuals will still be entered into their age group.

SINGLE SPEED – There is a single speed category – no age groups, 2 prizes for fastest overall male and fastest overall female.
